FINALLY, Queensland is getting new body corporate legislation. It has been many years in the making, but new Regulation Modules are now released. There will be significant changes for committees, owners, occupiers, managers, caretakers and just about everyone else in Queensland’s strata sector. There are some changes from the last drafts that the government produced which are very interesting.
