Danielle found her passion for strata and body corporate law early in her career, and has continued to dedicate her professional life to supporting bodies corporate, lot owners and managers with their strata disputes and legal needs.

• Telecommunications Installation Dispute: Advised body corporate through successful dispute process following two attempts at proposed installation by a telecommunications provider.
• Response to QCAT Appeal: Assisted a lot owner with a QCAT appeal lodged with them as a respondent, complicated by a complex history of the dispute and that it was lodged after the client had transferred ownership of their lot.
• Lease Negotiation: Assisted Body Corporate enter a lease with a telecommunications provider, navigating the terms and requirements of an existing list.
