Fixed price workplace investigations package

Poorly conducted workplace investigations have the potential to expose an organisation to significant legal risk and reputational damage.

Typical claims arising from poorly executed investigations into complaints or allegations of bullying, sexual harassment or other misconduct include constructive dismissal, unfair dismissal, discrimination, adverse action and breach of contract.

In addition, an employee that has little confidence in their employer’s ability to properly investigate or deal with complaints of bullying will simply bypass internal processes and head straight to the Fair Work Commission for a “stop bullying order”.

Responding to complaints and claims arising from mismanaged investigations is both time consuming and costly, as well as having a negative impact on the organisation’s brand and reputation.
