Hynes Legal listed as leading law firm in Doyles Guides Leading Health and Aged Care Firms - Queensland 2017

Hynes Legal’s aged care and retirement living team continue to solidify its position as one of the leading practices, both nationally and in Queensland after featuring in Doyles Guide’s; Leading Health and Aged Care Law  Firm List. The firm was ranked in the first tier, alongside top-tier firms; McCullough Robertson and Minter Ellison. The guide is regarded as a leading resource in identifying the leading law firms and practitioners across a range of industries and practice areas. The guide “is compiled on the back of initial online peer-based surveys as well as extensive telephone and face to face interviews with clients, peers and relevant industry bodies”[1]. Doyles Guide states that the classification of a firm into a respective tier is based upon numbers but is usually impacted by “glowing reports from key clients and individuals.’ [2]

Further reinforcing the firm’s status in the industry, two members of the Hynes Legal team, Practice Group Leaders, Julie McStay and Leo Hopsick also featured in the Doyles Guides, Leading Health and Aged Care Lawyers – Queensland 2017 List.

As a testament to the regard that she is held in the industry, by her peers, Julie McStay was recognised as one of three preeminent practitioners in Queensland.
