We have written previously about what the Property Occupations Act (POA) means for management rights. More importantly, for those people that need to update their letting appointments, the time to do so is nigh.
For those that want to stay up with the lingo, we believe that what was a PAMDA20A is going to become a POA form 6. When the new POA forms are released we will let you know.
